I honestly don't think there's much of a difference between the two at their peaks. I could change my mind on any given day for whatever reason. I probably gooned more to Alexa when I was younger, but that's barely a reason to pick her.
The one thing I think Liv definitely has over Alexa is the volume and the variety of content. I always felt Bliss was kind of a one trick pony. She would have one amazing outfit and that's all you would see for months.
