Once Darby gets down off Everest both they and MJF will try to get him on their side, clearly resulting in a tag feud. Because with Cole out of action and Joe possibly taking off with the World Championship belt, MJF will need someone to help him keep the ROH tag belts.
Ain't my preferred choice, but you can see the logic.
