His VDS made him obsessed with breaking an 8 year old WM attendance number, and then he lied about it for no reason and thought he was safe because he knew Meltzer would never expose him.
He also constantly runs big sports arenas and fills them at less 1/5th capacity just because he wants to pretend he's a big time wrestling show competing with Vince. He also is convinced a bunch of WWE bot or sockpuppet accounts scheme against AEW on social media and drive their metrics down.
Him signing every NXT shitter, or ex-WWE star is probably him thinking he'll show Vince how to use them properly.
Tony has severe VDS, and it needs to be treated for his promotion to improve.
