>>10592656Though she hides it, Nikki is taken aback by Sapphire's appearance. Lounging around in her PJs. Those stiches. Her sullen demeanour. This isn't the Jennifer she knows. Is Steeli to blame for this? The cage match? Both? Something will have to be done, though she's not sure what. At least any physical scars can be taken care of, Madame Divine has the best of the best under her employ. But what of emotional scars?
As Sapphire sits beside her, Nikki reaches for her friend, cuddling her gently as she explains wrestling championships to her mother. So she still doubts that it's Madame Divine that won that match. Nikki gets an idea. If she can make Sapphire understand that it truly was Madame Divine who emerged victorious from that chamber and not that wretched Steeli, maybe Sapphire's mood would improve?
"Jen, look at this," says Nikki, pulling out her phone. She shows Sapphire a video, filmed in Priscilla's bedroom, showing the title on a shelf among other antiques and valuables. Then she lowers the volume and shows her another, of Nikki herself polishing the title with her tongue while Madame Divine spanks her bare bottom and laughingly barks orders in an exaggerated manner. Then finally, she shows Sapphire a highlight video from the chamber match, specifically, the moment where Steeli was eliminated. "See Jen? Steeli left empty handed that night!"
Just then, the servants arrive with the peach pie and Nikki takes a bite. As Sapphire's mother addresses her she feels her heart begin to race again and her cheeks becoming flushed. "Yes Madame Emilia, your pie is delicious! I wish I could eat your pie all night."
Nikki is more than a little curious about just what Sapphire walked in on, especially after the way she reacted to the reminder. But then the conversation shifts as her friend asks her parents about her ability to teleport. Nikki's ears prick up and she too looks at Sapphire's parents awaiting their answer.
