A superkick party is when guys stand in a circle taking turn to slap their thigh. The goal of the spot is to establish that the kicks don't even hurt and guys doing them must be retarded because they're doing a move over and over again when it clearly has no effect.

They want to keep you scrolling their selection as long as possible. If you're subscribed they get the same amount of money no matter how much you watch, but can spend less on their end if they don't actually have to use the bandwidth to stream to you.
AEW fans will subscribe to a service for AEW, but they will also watch it. So why not just make low budget trash in eastern Europe to pad out your selection?
Also many of the streaming services are publicly traded and maybe Tony's ego won't let him sign a realistic deal knowing it will be compared to WWE's billion dollar deal.
