Savage's body lasted longer than Steve's, otherwise I'd go with Austin. Rock and Sting need someone to carry them and I only got one Flair. And Hogan seems like too much of a headache.
Flair is significantly better than everyone else in his group.
Funk may be the legit GOAT, and no footage of him in his physical prime. To get him from the start, nothing could stop you.
I think Kobashi would best translate to fans outside of Japan. Great sympathetic selling, and strong comebacks, everything you want from a babyface. Misawa is also GOATed, but he has a very unmarketable look and I don't think being endlessly grumpy would be exciting to people outside of Japan. Mutoh needs to be carried, and like I said before, only got one Flair. And Okada is fine, great for a modern wrestler, but no where near GOATed. If I could take anyone from Japan it would be Jumbo.
