She was coming to near full stops, sitting down, and just slamming her arm into the mat to do a simple elbow drop. This wasn't someone taking it easy in practice, it was straight up incompetence and frankly unacceptable for someone who had been training as long as she had at that point.
You could've found a 5 year old and told him to this and he would've been closer to the Rock than he would've been to this chick.
