It was never a WWE competitor. The console war is work, both companies are helping each other in subtle ways before they launch an actual working relationship. Right now it's better for the industry that WWE is working with TNA and AAA. It means that there are more viable promotions.
>>17575512This. The funniest thing about AEW is that it doesn't have to operate like a real business. Tony makes enough money from the Jags and Fullham to cover AEW's costs. Vince doesn't get enough credit for running the wrestling AND business side of things.
