Wrestlemania XIX on the Gamecube. Most play Day of Reckoning, the followup, and that's a great game, but XIX has a fun somewhat cartoony art style that helped it age better and an incredibly fun singleplayer and multiplayer mode in Revenge mode, where you brawl in public places like malls, dock and parking lots.
Though not made by AKI, both use similar gameplay to WCW/nWo Revenge and WM 2000/No Mercy, though faster and with interruptible moves. My only complaint is the move and match types aren't as extensive as the Smackdown games.
