They're constantly setting things on fire like vacant buildings, parked cars, etc. Not accidental fires to keep warm like they do in the movies but for straight up malice. The city are probably already thinking of how to gently tell the public without demonizing the homeless even more. The public are already fed up with them and even the most 'vote blue no matter who' LA native is calling for forced institutions.
