bulgaria is the land of fake cheese, fake meat, everything is fake.
you have to become a lab specialist with a microscope to just make sure you eat eating real feta cheese and not palm oil product.
if its just that they used some powdered milk...you would be lucky.
so i just buy everything from lidl and foreign brands (lidl lie too sometimes)
i can trust greeks, serbians, romanians...but nothing made by bulgarians.
also you would find even french cheeses are cheaper than bulgarian cheese made here. and they constantly catch them lying putting cow milk in goats cheese.
if you ever see a bulgarian run the fuck away
