But AEW is *still* in negotiations with WBD about a TV deal and badly need a ratings win, so they have to load up a show in a terrible location with terrible ticket sales, even at bargain-basement prices.
They do this circle-the-wagons shit multiple times per month now and it's stopped being effective. Tony spent too much time and energy insisting wrestling fans pick a side, and calling themevil rapists if they didn't choose his side.
