what punk is actually talking about, is unionizing. if the business isn't operating on a "results" basis, then potential workers who are efficient can be targeted, ostracized, and other things that result in them being unable to work in said company. this happens in normal work places with people who are viewed as being "at odds" with the unionizing leaders. look up afschme. by the way, dont bring ANY of this up publicly, even outside of work in your personal time, because they are ALL around you and will target you.
