I went back and found the video and I noticed she was wearing an unofficial KyoKyo shirt and then i noticed another chick wearing that same shirt. I put 2 and 2 together and realized TIEO designed it. I also found Hiyori's personal account in her friend's followers by looking at her profile pic which was a drawing.
