Anyway I sucked my fears (as I grew up watching Punk) and said hi to Punk and asked if he saw my match. He very honestly said that he did not which in this business is actually good to hear, you don't want the classic I saw it and then they say don't change anything or everything was shit. Anyway he said he didn't watch it but that the crowd reaction was good for a Dark Match and told me to just keep at it. He told me to take time of my day to do Promos on my own so I could draw money without taking a bump. Anyway after saying thanks to Phil for his advice he later in the day after the show was done came to me and another wrestler I was with and told us that all the boys where going to Nando's and invited us to come. I never been to a Nando's but gotta say the food was good. When I went to go pay my tab Punk stop me and said and I quote "Brother you can pay me back one day but today it's on me" and didn't let me pay. Dude pretty much paid for everyone. And it wasn't a small group either. Idk what other people experienced but got me Phil Brooks will always be a stand-up guy.
