He's not coming out with a bunch of people cheering him in Cody Rhodes shirts with Cody Rhodes figures and he's not coming out with DDP and Arn Anderson and a bunch of legends clapping him and he's not coming out with his dog for some reason and he's not coming out with a bunch of Nightmare Factory boys all holding Cody Rhodes figures. Tony let him get away with a lot, with Vince, he'll just say no, if Cody even has the courage to ask, and that's the final answer. So WWE is gonna hopefully really help tone down how overboard Cody was going which was his biggest problem.
