>>8836312well you see petal, you have to set up the ring each time you move it to a new venue. it takes considerably more time and therefore money to install the extra reinforcement when setting it up, test that the reinforcement is secured and tensed correctly (otherwise it would be worthless and would dangerously lull the wrestlers into a false sense of security) and a similar amount of extra time to disassemble it when it's time to pack up. there's also the matter of the extra stiffness in the ring from all that reinforcement raising the chance of injury from regular bumps. so it's not done unless deemed absolutely necessary.
