I listened to Mox's book a few days ago and he told a story about how when he was first called up to the main roster, Bryan Danielson pulled him aside and told him to NEVER take advice from certain people because they had a habit of purposely giving awful advice and then tried to get heat on you if you didn't listen to them.
He didn't name names, but it really sounded similar to a certain person. Especially given the context that they were directly working with Punk at the time.
