You can obviously play however the hell you want, but the game rewards you for playing like the wrestler actually would in real life. I guess that's what Kenny meant by easy to pick up but difficult to master. Learning which wrestlers have which buffs, and how to most effectively use those buffs, can bring an entirely different aspect of competitive play that you don't normally see in wrestling games. Pretty fucking cool
