The buildup was excellent and I legitimately had no idea what was going to happen. /pw/ fags call the pipe bomb promo cringe now but Phil's genuine animosity in the promo made you wonder how much of this feud/storyline was a work and how much of it was a shoot. The match itself was great, after a slow start it puts you on the edge of your seat for about 20 straight minutes. It doesn't feature too much finisher spam, crazy sawdust spots, outside interference, it's just a classically worked big match with great psychology and ring work from both guys, and a great storyline building it up. To me this match represents the purest form of good wrestling.
