I don't think any of us know her views on CO2 emissions, but I try to stay off of that topic as it is both polarising and complicated. I'm sure we all want a world with less burning of coal, but what will become of the mining communities that depend on it or certain industries, like steelmaking, that require coal. I respect her opinion either way.
