A lot of the live shows aren't on the level of your average Raw/Smackdown machine. The WWE live shows are way more tongue in-cheek and more about giving the crowd and kids a good time.
The traveling is easily the worst part. Luckily for as much shit as people will give WWE for Raw/Smackdown management, they've got their travelling and their arrangement stuff for Live shows and house shows down pretty well.
