Nikki then watches in awe as Sapphire's mum demonstrates her magical abilities. A few months ago she would have never imagined seeing something like this. But spending time in WWA among various supernatural beings has been enlightening. Her boss is a dog for crying out loud. A dog that once saved her life by shooting a man. Anything is possible in this town.
"Oh my God, Jen! This is incredible!" Nikki exclaims. "Yer a witch, Sapphy!"
It's no wonder Sapphire's mum has such an enchanting, irresistible aura about her. She is a magical being. Literally! A magic mum! And so is Sapphire. Her best friend. This is amazing. She hugs Sapphire.
"Hey Jen, if you're teleporting over to Thea Thority can I tag along? I got a text before I came here about a meeting with WWA Talent Relations, and they're all in the same building."
Just then, Sapphire's dad mentions Saph's mother getting a contract. Nikki's eyes light up. Sapphire AND her mom in the WWA? She feels her cheeks becoming flushed. What could possibly be more incredible than this? "Oh my god!" she exclaims. "That's such an incredible idea, Madame Emilia. Trust me I have a pretty good idea of who the fans would be into and I guarantee you'd be a huge star. And like, you're magic, so you must be really strong too! You'd be so awesome, this is just the bestest thing ever!"
She engulfs Sapphire in another hug.
