Responding to a post in a different thread here since I want actual discussion with people who want to engage in good faith:
>>17883008I think this is fair criticism that doesn't devolve into the usual "she's forced onto people, she's only here because of nepotism" and so on. She IS in the process of finding herself, and we can see that in how she carries herself during promos recently (body language, confidence, tone). I think one should need to take a look at why someone such as Vaquer instantly got over with little time on the mic whereas Lyra is currently working towards building up her momentum. I don't think people actively hate her gimmick, it's just that they don't understand it. They see it and probably think: "Oh, okay." I'm not exactly sure how the Morrigan gimmick should translate into her promos or even in ring work, but clearly, people instantly took a liking to Vaquer and her demoness gimmick. She knows she's hot and uses it to her advantage in the ring to the point she has Booker cooming live on commentary. It works because a demoness being seductive and flirty is something that's believable.
I'm asking in good faith here, how could the same be done with the Morrigan gimmick? It's a little bit of a tough sell that doesn't seem to translate well (yet). I think looks wise, she shouldn't do the ponytail anymore, she looks ten times better with open hairstyles, I do like the wings, they make for aesthetically pleasing pictures, but I also think there is something that's still missing to fully complete her look.
