>>9720424Her brain begged her to find some support of some kind. Something that agreed this wasn’t on her. It was a selfish temptation, but one she indulged without thinking. She needed to prove Karna’s theory wrong.
When she got back to the dojo, she noticed quite a few trainers and fellow members just looking at her. Not with disdain, and not with pity. Just…looking. As if they weren’t sure what to say. Why weren’t they? Isn’t it obvious who’s side they should take?!
Another light slap to keep herself calm. She browsed through Tweetstagram. Surely someone in the dojo was in her corner?
>>9714797>…ah! Ranger Rabbit! She stuck up for me! How...kind...She began to think Holly had a point about her. Oh, for—why was she thinking THAT?! Shogun nearly spiked her phone to the floor in frustration. Instead, she slowly slid it into her pocket.
Just then, a trainer walked up to her. Her head craned up, and their eyes met.
Silence.
“…s-sorry, about what happened, Shogun. You deserved better. I know that much.”
>Th-thank you. Really, that means the world to me."No problem! Just, uh, didn't want to bother you or upset you any further. Think everyone here feels the same way. I'm good at training, not emotional stuff, y'know?"
As they continued to ramble,, she noticed the trainer's eyes drop to her chest. Maybe. Without thinking, she covered her chest up. The trainer stopped any further comments they were going to make, looking flustered.
"Sh-Shogun? You alright?"
>*deadpan* ...of course I am. Thanks for your support. She turned away from them, ending the conversation. Though the trainer lingered, eventually they made their exit. As Shogun took another deep breath, Karna's voice cut through her head:
"Those perverts are going to pay for what they did to me."
Her head went into her hands. What was it going to take to get this girl out of her head and get over what happened today...? To figure out who was right and who was wrong?
>Kami, guide me...please.(2/2)
