Every so often somebody will bring stuff to a Highspots signing and they'll auction it, but I have no idea how the active WWE girls stuff ends up on the market. It's not like the old days where they had no problem putting it on their auction site. Maybe they've just got people they know to hit up when they hit a certain town.
