All he does is wrestle 2.5 star matches and cut mediocre promos in his goofy voice. He hasn't had a prominent storyline since the Belt Collector gimmick ages ago and that was underwhelming as fuck. Since he came back the most notable thing he's done is making funny faces after sawdusting his own ass on a table spot. Kenny could leave tomorrow and most viewers wouldn't even notice. If he can work Triple H into thinking he's a big deal then more power to him, he should go to WWE as soon as possible, hope the door doesn't hit him on his way out.
