What would actually be good for Metal Gear would be
>Metal Gear anime>Revengance never happened>set a few years after MGS 4 in a dark and neon Cyberpunk future>Snake has died>Sonny is a teenager now and the main protagonist>Sonny has to stop villians and stuff>Otacon tunrs up sometimes to worry about Sonny and be a worried helicopter parent who teenage rebel Sonny tries to get away from but sometimes he has to help save her>Raiden shows up sometimes a cool uncle and occasinally fights and stuff>Turns out Chico is still alive and can be a cyborg anti hero sort of characterI don't know exactly what the stories and stuff would be but if you had Sonny as the protagonist then Otacon, Raiden and Chico it would give it enough of the original Metal Gear games feel but be different enough it wouldn't be compared to Kojima's work. Will never happen and I don't know how to write or make anyimes but if I did I would do a fan fiction verison because I think it could be great. Way better than making shitty films about the games or remaking the games again and again just for money until they are ruined.
