>Tam Nakano, the artist champion of the women's professional wrestling organization Stardom, has declared war on Neo Genesis (NG).
>Nakano, who holds the same title as Natsupoi and Saori Anou from the Cosmic Angels (CA) group he leads, accepted a challenge from Starlight Kid, AZM, and Mitsuyoshi Amasaki of NG, who won the New Year Unit League. A third title match is set to take place at the Korakuen Hall event in Tokyo on February 2nd.
>Nakano, ahead of the championship match, munched on unaju and said with a confident smile, "When NG was formed, I wanted them to be a rival to CA. CA has won the Best Unit Award many times and as a unit they are unbeatable. I've always wanted NG to become a threat to CA, so I've wanted to fight them. I think the time has finally come."
>Reigning at the top of the unit, they have successfully defended their title twice so far. Nakano commented on the current state of NG, "In NG, it's only Kid who does all the talking, right? AZM-chan is a former high-speed champion and has the skills, and I think Mitsuyoshi has gotten stronger by wrapping Future around him, but somehow it seems like he's just Kid's poop. Are the two of them satisfied with that?"
>As a four-time champion, he knows the importance of the power of a unit. "CA communicates a lot, so our strength is that we all understand each other's intentions. Of course, I acknowledge the power of each individual member of the NG, but it's how they exert their power when they become a team that's the artist's belt. Those three can't take this belt," he said.
