I don't understand how you can let one of your employees badmouth your company right in front of you during a media event. Tony needed to stand his ground right then and there. The right thing to do was to fire Punk and move on. Now you pretty much give him his own show, which shows all your other employees that you can be walked all over.
At least Vince has some balls.
