>>11100698I never understood the mindset behind my bullies. I was always like a head taller and at least 20 lbs heavier than them; maybe they thought I'd be an easy target because I was a nerd. We'd have dueling promos on the playground, then we'd fight, I'd bloody their face, and then of course I'd get in trouble because I was bigger than them. The only time I remember things going my way in the principal's office was when the Jewish kid kicked me in the balls and he got suspended for a couple weeks.
Anyways I ended up going into business for myself during one promo and used the word "kill" a month or so after Columbine. Some girl that was watching got scared and tattled and I ended up in some weird limbo of being unofficially suspended from school until a shrink certified that I wasn't about to go postal. After that year I left the territory and went to private school for the rest of my academic career which worked out in the long run. Now I'm pulling in six figures a year as an engineer and most of the pukes I was in school with are either dead from heroin or are still working shitty part time jobs in their 30s.
This is actually the first time I've thought about it in years. Feels kinda good to have won in the end.
