A decent rating for his debut on Rampage. Sold some shirts and merch. A decent number for his first PPV back. That's it. The TV didn't massively increase, and the buzz for the shows and PPV didn't massively uptick, it was all very underwhelming. We know Phil has a history about Main Events on big shows - his obsession with Wrestlemania springs to mind - and with Wembley being a massive show, I suspect one of the reasons he's acting out is because he isn't in the main event of the historic show. His ego won't let him be anything less.
