They liked non pc shit when it was popular in the 90s and early 2000s, then when groupthink started shifting towards SJWism they turned to that instead. Of course, there was definitely a side which didn't like the Beavis and Buttheads etc who are probably the tradcucks now.
I think the best example I can give ya with this groupthink shit is of this one girl I knew online, way back since 2016 on facebook. She worked as a stripper for a while and did a lot of uhh nsfw stuff, before the 2016 elections happened and she became "right wing" and got married as it was extremely popular to hate on SJWs online back then. She'd post pics of her with MAGA caps, she voted Trump, she'd post anti-SJW memes etc. Then, around 2019 when the SJW stuff was really starting to take off everywhere she was clearly starting to lean more towards this flavor of groupthink, and when the riots broke out in 2020 and the SJW stuff really picked up she went full SJW, started denouncing right wing shit and opened an onlyfans too. Last I heard, she got a sex change and transitioned to a man lmao. And no, I'm not making this shit up, this girl had a decent online presence on tiktok namely and I can dig it up
