Speaking of flavours of the month, HOOK has been FTW champion for seven months, defended it a grand total of four times, has had zero character development and is now suspended for twisting Stokely Hathaway's arm. Why? Does Stokely have some kind of authority we don't know about? This is on the same show where Kip Sabian, Butcher & Blade beat up Hangman backstage and faced zero repercussions.

Cole returned over a month ago to announce he was coming back from his concussion. Since then we've had a couple of short video packages and an interview with Renee on Wednesday where he said nothing of value. He's not part of any feud and we don't even know if he's wrestling at Revolution despite the PPV being just two weeks away. Were they so desperate for a surprise at the KIA Forum that they sent him out without a plan?

Returned in November vowing to take everyone out, even attacking Brandon Cutler during a brawl. This went nowhere. Instead, they entered into a confusing feud with Eddie Kingston and Ortiz where they're trying to break them up as a team for some reason, even though Kingston & Ortiz have never interacted with HoB before in AEW and thus have no reason to be mad with them. Is Eddie turning heel? Is Santana returning? Is the HoB trying to break up teams in AEW to sow chaos? We don't know because the segments on Rampage are so quickly slapped together that nothing is explained or even hinted at. Also, where the hell is Julia Hart? She was having a run of matches on Dark last year which have stopped for no reason.
