They do almost zero on screen advertising for their own events besides a tiny graphic and something on commentary. On top of booking venues that are way too big and then selling them at 30% capacity.
For example I have tickets to Collision in Vancouver at Rogers Arena, it is AEW's first show in Vancouver, it's a 19000 capacity venue. Smackdown was there last month they setup for 13k and almost sold out.
AEW Collision right now is only set up for 6.1k, not even 1/3rd of the buildings capacity and they have sold 5.4k tickets. If you look at buying tickets the amount of sections they have closed off is ridiculous and you cannot even get good seats on both sides of the arena. At its current setup even if they sold out all their tickets it will look like OP's pic because of their retarded setup. There are clearly thousands of wrestling fans in the nearby area yet they can't sell and they don't even both to take a few minutes and advertise shows on tv. They need a whole 1 or two minute segment for it every show.
