In fact, she also has a past where she built up the physical strength needed to become a wrestler through things beyond farming. >By learning *why* you make certain movements in a theoretical way, your understanding of each movement deepens.
>Though Seto Rea’s legs and core were naturally strengthened through kendo and farm work, pro wrestling training was, as expected, still brutal.
>“I couldn’t walk from the muscle soreness. The day after my first practice, I couldn’t even get up. But I had to go to training, so I somehow managed to get up by rolling around like a caterpillar… (laughs). But thanks to training at Sendai Girls, I think my legs and core got even stronger.”

>“Training changed a lot. There’s been more lucha libre movement, but I’m not good at lucha (wry smile). Still, whether it’s mat exercises or rope work, it’s really helpful for improving your athletic ability. Also, even with something as basic as a lock-up, he teaches you *the theory of why you do that movement*, so your understanding of each movement deepens. Before, there were times where my various mistakes would get singled out, but I think I’m starting to be able to move in a way that actually makes sense.”
