It also finally allows brands to mean something and be distinct. Triple H can have his thigh slapping midgets and ugly 'women' on Raw, Heyman can have his trashy sports entertainment angles on Smackdown and Shawn can keep booking coombait on NXT.
Literally everyone wins. Or Triple H can be a power mad retard, try to run everything and keel over after a year or two. Actually that might be better, because black and gold NXT was a cancer.
