Daniel was an overpushed politicker but he was entertaining. Kind of got exposed by Jonas, Jonas wasn't as good but made it clear that Daniel wasn't irreplaceable.
Teal'c was megabased and a main event talent but he was never the guy.
O'neill is the clear Michaels, show immediately fell apart when he stepped away. Mitchell wouldn't have been a bad character in another (midcard) spot, but he couldn't follow up O'neill as the main eventer. It was like replacing Hogan with Butt Fart.

Apophis was the best program, Anubis second best. Baal was gigadimes and deserved to work a full program with Oneill. Ori killed the business.
