It's why he sent Chavo a text telling him where his "physical address" was. Chris knew that by the time Chavo read the message that he'd be in heaven, and only his physical body would remain in the house.
Eddie was very vocal christfag in life and was know to break out his bible and preach to the locker room from time to time. After he died, the only thing Chris had left were memories like these filtered through his warped mind until they became something else entirely. He probably thought Eddie would have wanted him to do what he did.
