I actually hope it happens, OP. I'm not a fan of Cody, but he's gained quite a massive following since returning back to E. If he makes the switch to AEW, he would instantly be a title contender, and a better champion than MJF. A win for both companies since they no longer have to pretend Cody will finish the story, and AEW gets a legit top guy they can sell their brand with.
