Black Winter at one point was going to be the 4th and was going for revenge against Priscilla for starting a riot in the Winter Village. Rabbit who I thought would have been involved had a feud with Nikki (and Amy). And Amy and Holly had a longstanding rivalry.
There are a LOT of cross rivalries and interactions between characters that could be organically aligned due to them so it made sense.
Of course since then Rabbit got busy and Black Winter got pulled into the Gothfus match so team Holly is short by one... I wonder how bad Kelly Omega's injury is, she and Holly seemed to have a mutual respect.
