>>17882880Thx for the extra advice. For years I've been doing an upper body/lower body split where I just alternate each day I workout. I only at most did 3 days a week when I was consistent and that is what I am looking to start at when I return, maybe pushing it to 4 days at some point. I have picked out enough exercises/lifts to target all the main muscles of the upper body and all the main muscles of the legs for each split. My upper body workouts are long but rewarding.
