He jobbed to cunter when he won the belt and lost clean that same night, he lost clean again at Fully Loaded and he jobbed to Rhyno, Rob Van Dam before beating The Rock, which was due to interference despite being the babyface, he jobbed to Rock on Raw, and then was down for the visual pin against both Austin and Rock at Vengeance which permanently buries him, and needed interference to win. Following weeks he wasn't able to go over anyone clean, not even fucking Maven he was booked weak against Maven in his title match, and didn't go over RVD, Edge or other midcarders either.
