>>10224171The time had come. The main event. Shogun’s first. Part of her wondered if she should feel some guilt that it was from Skelly Skelly’s drawing power…but you know what? Now was the time to show she earned this; that she should be here more often back home. She cracked her knuckles as Maze of Life played, and as she came out to the ring with her friends, there was but one thought on her mind:
>Wait, isn’t War Games supposed to have two rings? From the ring of the bell, she immediately decides to go for the biggest target in Stacey Hansen; but she’s quite the fighter and fends off Shogun easily. Right, fair enough, she’d need a backup plan. A new target: Ash Romero, a girl she’s more than familiar with, although she struggles to find traction there. Deep in her heart, Shogun embraces the chaos: she could use any sly tactic, foreign object or extreme measure she needed.
[2:01] She attempts a roll-up, only for the referee to be struck.
[2:14] Shortly after, she goes for Ash Romero again, ALMOST getting her until the pin is broken up by Ryo Sakaguchi. She braces for impact as Ryo begins to pick her up, only for Skelly to gracefully come in with the save.
[2:34] It’s only natural she repays the favor in kind, stopping Ash’s assault on Skelly from behind.
[3:15] She continues to juggle between Stacey and Ash, but sees that Keron has entered into the fray. In sync with no words, both girls double-team Ash and slam her into the mat behind them. Shogun whispers a quick “Thank you, Keron-san” before moving on…
[3:46-4:10] Shogun and Stacey share submissions, going back and forth. Keron and Skelly once again interject and once again pay “Ai-chan” back for her assistance—BOOM. Shogun’s not quite sure what happened, but she has no time to worry. She goes in for a pin on Stacy, waiting for a count…only for both twins to run in and make the save. As Shogun stands up, she sees the ref…leaving?!
>EH?!Did this just ruin an easy first blood? Oh well...
