>>10486657>>10487596>>10487693Colby takes stock of the situation - Sapphire's getting rather drunk, Amy seems drowsy, Nikki winding down and coming to terms with Sheila, and she herself, despite a tolerance for alcohol that's getting higher at a disturbingly quick pace, is feeling a little light in the legs. Nobody needs to end up crying on the floor of an apartment tonight. Since her own phone is broken, she gets Amy to call them a Ragùber back to the Divine Mansion, and after everybody who's leaving has settled up, she bids adieu to Sheila.
>"Good talking to you again, Sheila! I'll help 'em get home safely."Colby writes a number down on a piece of paper and slides it across the table.
>"I assume when I get my phone replaced, they'll let me keep my number. You can give that to Hailey, if you see her. I assume she must have a phone. Or copy it for yourself, if you get around to replacing your phone."The Ragùber arrives and the four Divine Angels pile in, in various states of inebriation. Colby pulls Amy onto her own lap in the leather seats, not minding this at all, and they speed off to the Divine Mansion.
When they arrive, Sapphire's first to bolt from the vehicle, and with an exhuberant cry she runs across the courtyard and plunges into a fountain, where a weary servant goes to fish her out. Amy, Nikki, and Colby all make their ways off to bed rather more successfully.
