A few older people notice them holding hands but most put it down to foreigners being foreigners in a land who's ways they don't fully understand. Amy recognises the glances from earlier in the day but pays it no mind this time.
After a short walk they finally arrive at the night market, an entire street lit by neon and lantern light, on each side of the street are countless stalls selling all kinds of food. It looks inviting and smells delicious.
>"This is a night market! Mostly you buy food from street vendors here, but there's stalls for other things too. This is my first time coming here but I've heard it gets crowded so keep hold of my hand so you don't lose me, okay?"Amy is so used to being the smallest that she always forgets that Nikki is both smaller and younger than she is. In a busy street market it would be easy for them to lose sight of each other and Amy was adamant that they'd have a good time.
