You're just latching onto it right now because of the current feud between AEW and WWE. You want to participate in tribalism but don't watch football or basketball, but you understand wrestling, which hasn't been this polarizing since the Monday Night Wars, and the current environment, the feud between AEW and WWE, gives you enough fuel to fling trash and receive "wins" and dopamine hits when your chosen side does well.
