Dax Harwood is one of the top stars in AEW right now as he is one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions alongside his partner Cash Wheeler. Harwood is also known to be quite outspoken on social media and it appears he defended AEW Collision’s shockingly low ratings recently.
AEW Collision made its debut back in June as a way to give more focus to those AEW stars who weren’t used much on AEW television. Fans were excited for the show but the Ratings haven’t really reflected that yet.
The July 1st ratings were concerning, dropping to an average of 452,000 viewers and a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 year old demographic. This was pretty much identical to what AEW Rampage gets.
Former WWE star Jonathan Coachman took to Twitter with criticism of AEW President Tony Khan’s booking strategy for the show. Dax Harwood decided to respond to the criticism and defended AEW Collision’s ratings with his own reasoning.
