Every time the Champions down there's no reason why the holder shouldn't come running out, and its generally a booking nightmare
You should be able arrange your title match to happen at any time or place and you get to choose the stipulation, but it has to be beforefore and not after the champ is bleeding out in the ring
That doesn't mean you still can't screw the champ over by booking your match after they've already have a title defense on the same night, it just becomes less obnoxious and more believable
