As I said yesterday, I was feeling very down and angry about a lot of things. I don't have any friends or relationships, and I get angry when I see other people enjoying life.
Today I went to jew jitsu. There were many new people there, and I rolled lightly enough to crush them while still not seeming like I was going hard. It felt good to use my weight and strength against smaller and weaker people. I had a lot of positive social interactions with people there as well. There were a few girls there, but I didn't roll with them. I hope I will next time.
Anyways, I would easily beat Daniel Bryan or zack saber jr in a grappling match. I bench almost 4 plates natty and actually train in grappling. I don't think either of them have actually ever wrestled or done jew jitsu. When I see their matches, they're just "going through spots" while the other guy stays perfectly still and lets them do anything. Fun fact, that style of "technical" wrestling is more choreographed than most of the flips that you guys say are unrealistic. If it was a shoot grappling match, I would spend a lot more time hand fighting and faking shots. That stuff they do only looks real if you've never actually grappled before.
